Before building up the strategy, we need to analyze the business model, the target audience, what are the goals for the short term and long term. By analyzing, we will get a clear idea, what we will need to achieve by making the strategy and implementing it. 

2. Set Goals

Set your long-term and short-term goals and build the strategy to achieve those effectively using different sources. It will give you one path to move forward.

3. Analyze Past

Analyze all the plans and work done in the plan in order to learn what is lacking in that plan and try to learn from previous mistakes. You don’t have to check all the records. Just go to Google Analytics and select the time period you want to analyze.

4. Analyze Your Competitor’s Strategy

Analyze your competitor’s strategy and their online activities to see how they are driving traffic to their business, whether it is organic or paid and what sources they are using.

5. Identify Your Sources

Identify all the mediums and channels which you want to include in your strategy to make it effective and achieve your goals.

6. Budget Allocation

Identify your financial sources, that how much budget you have for total strategy, and according to the need allocate them to different sources.

7. Make a Plan

After doing all the analysis and allocation, make a plan based on the results and follow it.

8. Review

It is not necessary that you have created a perfect strategy, review it from time to time, and based on the results modify it accordingly.

Conclusion

Some new technologies will also be added to the market, include them in your strategy. Some methods will not be effective for your business, exclude them.
